My operational work is split between two systems, each addressing a different form of market failure in demand capture.
Max Digital Edge
Max Digital Edge builds demand capture infrastructure for local service businesses. This is high-intent, high-velocity demand capture. When someone searches "plumber near me," the intent is immediate.
We build the systems—Google Ads, AI receptionists, follow-up automation—to ensure this demand is captured and converted. The feedback loops are tight (hours/days), allowing for rapid iteration.
Stok Tap
Stok Tap builds demand capture infrastructure for electrical manufacturers. This is long-tail, global demand capture.
Electrical manufacturers lose millions annually to "dead stock"—inventory that has no local demand but significant global demand. Stok Tap connects system-to-system with ERPs to programmatically distribute this inventory to channels where demand exists. It turns written-off losses into pure profit.
What I Do
I build and operate. This is different from consulting or advising. I am not providing recommendations for others to implement. I am directly responsible for outcomes.
This shapes how I think about problems. Systems need to scale judgment, not just communicate ideas. Follow-up infrastructure needs to actually follow up, not just remind humans to follow up. The gap between concept and execution is where most value is lost.
What I Do Not Do
I do not consult. I do not advise. I do not speak at conferences or appear on podcasts. The work is narrow and focused for a reason: depth beats breadth for the problems I care about.
I do not take on projects outside the Max Digital Edge focus area. The temptation to expand is always present, but dilution is the enemy of excellence.
How This Site Relates
This site is not marketing for Max Digital Edge. It is an attempt to think clearly and share that thinking with others. If the ideas here lead you to work with us, that is a bonus. But the primary purpose is the thinking itself.
Writing forces clarity. Publishing creates accountability. The discipline of explaining ideas to others improves the ideas themselves. This site is part of how I work, not a promotion of it.
